Reviewed German Potato Salad
"I make this potato salad at every bbq I have at home, and it's always a hit! I do agree with some of the comments about it being too vinegary at first... but when you cut that in half or to taste, it's superb! I also use cilantro instead of parsley. Everyone who tries it for the first time always comments about how they like it so much better than the mustard or mayo based potato salads.
