ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING RECIPE!!! I followed this exactly as written
and the results were fantastic. I added arugula to the lentils and then
plated the salmon. The bitterness of the arugula paired very well with

This is much more of a Wienerschnitzel than a true piccatta. It was o.k., but I much prefer Giada's recipe which is eggless, no breading and much better
tasting. Also, capers add a lot to piccata. Give it a try!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE JUST AS WRITTEN AND THEN COOKED THEM ON THE GRILL. WE ALL AGREED THAT THIS RECIPE PRODUCED THE TASTIEST LAMB CHOPS WE EVER ATE.
