Reviewed Shepherd's Pie
"This is the year I have been learning to cook. This meal did take a lot more time than I anticipated, but it has to be one of the best I have made. My wife loved it and asked it to be one of my staples. I did, however, not use the bacon grease, instead opting for EVOO and discarded the grease. Next time I will try ground turkey. "
Reviewed Seasoned Sweet Potato Puree
"I would remove the salt. Way to much salt for my wife and my taste. "
Reviewed Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry
"I made this for my wife and we both liked it very much. Only change I would make, next time, would be to add some water chestnuts and baby corn perhaps. But the flavor was very good. Thank you."
Reviewed Enchilada Lasagna
"Alton, you've done it again. This is my forth meal I have prepared and my wife told me that it was better than hers! She love it and i did too. Of course, it's not mine, it's Alton's, all i did was follow the recipe.
Thanks,
Jim "
Reviewed Good Eats Meatloaf
"My wife told me that if I did not have work, and she does, by this week, I had to start cooking. This is the first diner I cooked, It came out really well, except I did not know how long to cook it. I didn't have the meat thermometer but baked for aprox. 1 hour and 15 minutes. (moms come in handy) I have to say this was a very tasty meatloaf."
