Reviewed Farro Salad with Tomatoes and Herbs

Have made this before, it is one of our favorites. I sometimes tweak the recipe based on season. For example, in the summer, I only use heirloom locally grown tomatoes (various colors) as well as adding carrots. In the fall, I sometimes do just carrots and tomatoes, leaving out the onion. Still just as good!"
