Reviewed emeril's most kicked-up meatloaf ever

My husband loved it. I thought it was so-so. A lot of work for meatloaf. I ran out of ketchup so used BBQ sauce for the topping, and it was great. It just seems like way to much work for a basic meatloaf. I probably will not make this again.

This has become one of my go-to recipes. Simple to make and everyone loves it. Even better, I almost always have all the ingredients on hand. Thanks Chef!

I made this per the recipe and it was great. As some others reported it it salty, (I didn't use any salt, just the celery salt) but once it was on the BBQ sandwich - amazing!
