" I hit my head before trying out this recipe,otherwise I would not have tried it. I halved the recipe. Sauteed mushrooms &chicken in butter with some salt, pepper & garlic powder. I used cream of chicken soup instead. I left out the wine. Squeezed in too much lemon & accidently spilled the curry powder.I used too much cheese. Anyway,when tasted it uncooked, I freaked.But because it was not too salty I cooked it anyway. I was really worried that I had wasted precious food & ruined dinner. I cooked some white rice.WOW, when it came out it was DELICIOUS!GREAT CHICKEN FLORENTINE! Shocking, you are a genius. It took a concussion to get me to try this recipe, but it is a keeper. Thanks Paula.
