"These really sounded delicious so I had to try them! I couldn't send Kahlua filled cupcakes into work with my husband so I had to substitute it with chocolate syrup. I also can't find the chocolate flavored cool whip in my stores so I used regular.

I thought the chocolate cupcake could be a little more chocolatey, the filling tasted good, and the icing is absolutely amazing. Even if the cupcakes were a bomb (which they're not) the icing would make up for it! I will probably end up using this icing for other flavored cupcakes since it is so good. I am sending them in to work tomorrow so we will see the reaction then!"
