Sooo good and easy. I fried mine like fry bread until a deep brown. Do NOT go to easy on the olive oil, you want the crispy crust thing to happen. We loved it plain or with Nutella. Yummy."

Reviewed Orange Peel Wine

Sep 10, 2013 in Recipes on Cooking Channel

If somehow you find yourself with a case of acidic wine you can add just a tablespoon of sugar to the bottle and actually end up with a drinkable wine overnight. Be sure to shake several times. I also made Laura's orange peel wine. Makes a nice finish to a meal. "

Finally a carrot with flavor. I usually have to "candy" them with honey but not with this method. They candy themselves. I'm making them again tonight. Quite good."

This is amazing....My first try at making broccoli rabe . I put off making it for a few days out of doubt that I would like the "bitter taste"' The very mild bitterness is quite good. I boiled mine for 3 min. worried about the bitter factor. well this is soooo good. The lemon, I used very little, garlic and parmesan together yum. "
