Reviewed Crab Salad

"Fresh and creamy with chipotle in the background. However, the overall taste was mild and "plain". I would have liked it to be on the "wow" side considering the cost of crab."

Reviewed Pressed Reuben Waffle Sandwich

"I rewatched Aaron's recipe and got it right this time!! I just added a tad more beer and milk to get it to the same consistency he demonstrated on his show. It came out perfectly. We do like it better than regular rye bread. This was a very creative recipe. We toasted our wafflicious sandwich in a panini iron and it was delicious. Please ign"

Reviewed Pressed Reuben Waffle Sandwich

"Before making this sandwich you will need to watch his show again because the ingredients for the waffle are incorrect. Too much flour and not enough wet ingredients to make a batter that will pour into the waffle iron. I am still very interested in making this sandwich!"

Reviewed Fieri - 4

"Very Good! If you use a tougher bread-stale french bread, sour dough, challula-the measurements of this recipe works perfectly! If you use a softer bread then adjust the egg and milk ratio to more egg than milk. The next trick for success is dont flip the sandwich until you have a nice dark crust! Blueberries would be wonderful in this sandwich!

Reviewed Spicy Roasted Tomato Marinara with Spaghetti Squash

"The roasted tomatoes and squash came out perfectly. I did not take the time to make homemade stock but I can imagine that it would have added even more flavor. The squash was tender and sweet and the roasted marinara sauce so full of fresh flavor. I did add in a favorite veggie-mushrooms-and added in more basil than called for. This was so satisfying to eat that i did not add any meat to the meal. Just wasn't needed. I was pleasantly full!"
