This is such an easy, great tasting recipe! I wrap my salmon individually in aluminum foil and roast on the grill in the summer or in the oven in the winter months with no muse, no fuse! "

Instead of frying the sausage, I bake it at 350* for about 30 mins until golden. I drain the fat, slice the sausage and add to the pepper and onion mixture. I only use red, yellow and orange peppers. This dish is a Sunday football favorite with a loaf of crusty bread. Go Steelers!!!"

I made a few changes to this great recipe. I used 1lb of salmon and I baked the cakes on a rack over a baking sheet pan. I lightly sprayed with canola oil and baked for 30 minutes. They came out delicious and crispy.. "
