THESE ARE AWESOME!!! I usually make lemon ricotta pancakes, but i wanted something different. Added the ricotta to the top is a pretty cool idea vs. mixing it in with the pancakes, However; I wanted to do something quick so I just made the pancakes. Will make again and again. OK this recipe is AWESOME. Super easy to make and most of the ingredients I had at home. I did however, only used 1 1/2 cups of powered sugar. This goes perfect with my lemon blossom and mini brownie skewers. Wish I could post pics. "

First off people chili sauce is by the condiments and weber has the same terriyaki seasoning packet which is kept by the gravy, meatloaf, and taco seasoning. The recipe came out awesome. I paired mine with Sister Schubert's - Dinner Yeast Rolls That I purchased from Sam's club and I made a simple yet tasty light cucumber salad to go along with it."
