"Brined my first turkey this year, was fantastic. sooo moist the juices just flowed even after resting for 45 min. will never cook a turkey the old-fashioned way again. Did stuff the turkey w/onions, carrots, celery, orange, and lemon, before cooking what great flavor, can't be beat. This is a keeper. RAVES all around. ""
