Reviewed Blueberry Coffee Cake Muffins
"Best muffin recipe I have found...as faytisgreat said. Light, moist, flavorful, and with a slight crispness on the outside. It's more cake than muffin. I've made it with all types of berries and they are always a hit.
Reviewed Ritzy Chicken Nuggets
"Very simple, and fairly tasty though the crackers could use a little something to spice them up, or else they need to be dipped in ketchup or some sort of sauce. If you bake, make sure the baking sheet is well-oiled or they will stick. Also, the crackers need to be finely crushed.
Reviewed Mac and Cheese
"Perfect! My go-to recipe. Sometimes it seems like there is almost too much cheese sauce, but it bakes in somehow. I like to use the really small organic on-the-vine tomatoes which have a strong flavor and deeper color and the larger ones (about 8 of those versus 4 "small").
Reviewed Mummy Boome's Traditional Shepherds Pie
"My bf and I were disappointed by how bland this recipe was. Maybe it is authentically British, but I prefer Martha Stewart's shepherd's pie with rutabaga topping, which has more flavor due to the use of herbs and wine. For this, I followed the recipe exactly at first, but then tasted the lamb mixture and found it too bland so I added more tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and broth and reduced it more, but none of that even helped. Would not make again.
