Read & followed the suggestions. I did 4 slabs & cooked for 2.5 hours,I had picked out the biggest slabs from the butcher. I reduced the wet ingredients by 1/2 & the rub was more a paste. I took the ribs out of the fridge,let sit while I put together the rub. Rubbed them triple wrapped in glad press & seal I still had one leak. Let marinate on the"
