Reviewed Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe : Food Network Kitchen : Food Network

My family loves this casserole and I make it at least once a month. I made it exactly as written. Make sure you use a skillet that has high sides.

This recipe looks yummy and easy, but the instructions on assembling the sandwich does not make sense or at least is not clear. i.e. Are you putting both cheeses, plus the beef on one sandwich or are you making one sandwich with cheddar cheese and beef and the next sandwich with provolone and beef. I taped the episode, so I'll go back and view it...

I would remove the stems and thinly slice the peppers, then mix them back in with the meat. Those stems can be really tough to chew on.

Had a 4 day get-away with friends and made this for our appetizer; WOW, what a hit! Everyone wanted the recipe, especially the husbands who were watching the football game. Didn't change a thing in the original recipe! This is a definite keeper!"

I love Ree's recipes and her home cooking, so I can hardly wait to make this dessert, however, I bought the ingredients for this recipe today and spent $14 plus at the grocery store. I live in California, so maybe that is the problem, but I consider that price to be very expense for a homemade dessert."

I just made this cake for the third time today for my son's birthday. It is absolutely the best carrot cake I have ever had. The thing I love about this recipe is that it isn't filled with pineapple, raisins, coconut, etc., just carrots and chopped nuts. I have made it with the nuts in the cake and also, sprinkled just on the top of the cake. "

Reviewed Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce

Jun 14, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I have been making this shrimp cocktail sauce for 50 years (was my mom's recipe) and I have always gotten rave reviews. There is only one small difference, I use all cocktail sauce instead of ketchup. My husband eats it on crackers when all the shrimp are gone!"

Made this for dinner tonight and served it along side of the patty melts (which were delicious). My whole family loved this salad and I didn't change a thing, it's perfect just like the recipe is written. Easy and fast to prepare! Another great recipe from Ree Drummond."

I made this tonight for dinner and my husband and son loved it. I didn't change a thing, however, I would caution others to make sure when they buy the rye bread, it is a nice thick slice, otherwise it will fall apart. This will definitely be something I make again and again."

We like this recipe, but I decided to omit the cheese at the end. I used dried Shitake mushrooms, which I reconstituted and saved the mushroom liquid. I used 1/3 cup of wine, 1/3 cup organic, low sodium chicken broth and 1/3 cup of the mushroom liquid for the sauce. It turned out great. I felt there was too much salt in this recipe for me, a...

This recipe was awesome! I made one casserole for my husband and me and another for my daughter, son-in-law and grandson and everyone raved about it. I adjusted it a little; I used 3 cups of Gruyere, 1 cup of Fontina and 2 cups of Extra Sharp Cheddar, I left out the nutmeg because I don't like the flavor, but added 1/4 tsp. of sweet paprika and...

This is the best chicken enchiladas I have ever made. My husband and son loved them and I thought the tomatilla salsa was so easy and quick to make and delicious! I will definitely make this again and again, since we love Mexican food. I did leave the sour cream to the side, as my son doesn't like it. But my husband and I used it on the enchil...

I couldn't believe how good this recipe is; wow, even my 3 year old grandson loved it and ate a whole sandwich. Also, my husband is very particular about chicken salad and he LOVED this recipe. This will definitely be our go-to chicken salad recipe. One ingredient I did changed was the mustard, I used only 1 tablespoon of mustard instead of 2,...
