Y'all need to be more careful writing these recipes. In the show, Alex put the celery, carrots and onion in a food processor first and then cooked down to a paste prior to adding to the meat. Also, where do the bread crumbs go? Don't remember seeing them on the show. This recipe doesn't reflect how Alex cooked the burgers, which seemed awesome....
