Reviewed Grilled Spanish-Style Snapper with Tomato and Green Olive Salsa

I made this tonight and everyone LOVED it. We aren't big fish eaters, but it is Lent, so I made it. We entertained my uncle, who is an excellent cook, and also not really a fish eater, and he loved t! The salsa is delicious, and would be good on so many things, and the spices for the rub are perfect. I will keep this recipe, and make it again ...
