this is super good...the hit at our brunch. Very unusual flavors, but extremely tasty. The fig spread is sweet and the cheese is melty and the pancetta tastes like good bacon. Everyone loved this, even the kids.

this was really good. We used soft pitas, skipped the peas, and it was like an Indian hamburger. So much more flavorful than a regular grilled hamburger. It was not spicy-hot, just full of flavor. My teenagers loved it!"

this was super great! I made a vat of this stuff for a party of 30 and everyone asked for the recipe or if they could take the leftovers! have made it again since, and have switched to canned tomatoes with no difference in taste. really great recipe! Just use huge onions. I used 2 giant white ones and 2 giant yellow ones. They carmelized in about 40 minutes, the wine cooked down in about 40 minutes too. The result is great, restaurant-quality French onion soup. Thanks Tyler, loved this one!
