These cupcakes were great! I baked the regular sized cupcakes rather than the minis, but cooked them for 40 minutes. They deflated a bit at the top, but no matter because the chocolate frosting covered it!"

I made these last night and they turned out PERFECTLY! I had no problem with them staying together; they were ready in 2 hours. I omitted the wheat germ and substituted two TB of peanut butter for 1 TB of butter. I also added some chocolate chips and used cherries rather than apricots. They are a huge hit!"
