Reviewed Egg Fried Rice
"This was indeed quick, easy, and delicious! Even my non-tomato loving hubby loved it. I used Sushi rice instead of Jasmine. Also used my lovely home grown tomatoes. A great side to utilize going forward.......thanks Ching-He!"

I am a retired Psych nurse, & hair stylist, who probably would have also gotten a license as a chef as well if I would have had time! I am married to my soul mate, & have 1 "daughter" with 4 legs & a fuzzy face. Love to both cook/bake & find baking to be the more creative of the 2. I would say desserts are my favorite avenue & the more challenging the item, the more I love creating it.
