Reviewed Falafel
"I must have been one of only reviewers who actually ground the chickpea mixture. I followed the recipe to the letter and I didn't have any problems forming or frying the falafel. I've never had falafel before so I don't know how they should be. I thought they pretty tasty (they smelled great while cooking btw) but found them to be a fairly dry, especially the leftovers."
