We tried this recipe tonight and it was delicious. Why do people rate the recipes with their opinion of something the host did and not base it on the actual food? If you are looking for a good french fry that is not fried with lots of flavor make these! I added a little extra garlic powder because I love garlic.

I have never heard of potato skins being dangerous to children or the elderly. Do you have any research to back that up?

I can't tell you how delicious these are. They are not hard to make but should be done in two steps. The night before make the marinade, bring it to a boil, let it cool, and pour over ribs. Day two - make the BBQ sauce and bake the ribs. Delicious with potato salad, which is what I am pairing this with for the MLK holiday on Monday! A true winner...you...

This was an excellent Chili - a real easy go to recipe. I will use it over and over again. However, it says that it only takes 30 minutes. I did not like the taste because the flavors had not yet melded. This needs to simmer on low to medium-low for three to four hours and it will be perfect. Good job Melissa! I love your recipes. "
