Reviewed Chocolate Cheesecake Candy Cane Bars
"I make these in mini muffin tins and they turn out great. Easier to serve as they were hard to cut-up in a regular pan. They freeze beautifully, in fact I like to eat them as a frozen treat."
Reviewed New! New England Clam Chowder
"This was quite good. I will make it again. Love Ellie's healthier versions of everything! I found the frozen clams at Whole Foods, they were a little pricey. I think that one container will give us enough clams. I will try that next time."
Reviewed Pistachio-Cherry Sandwiches
"Can't believe this recipe didn't have any reviews. I tried it last year when it was in the magazine. They are amazing! I can't wait to make them again. I found them easy to make since you dump everything in the food processor. The sour cherry jam is what makes them great. I filled what I needed for a few days, when they were gone filled some more.""
Reviewed Kheema: Indian Ground Beef with Peas
"This was so tasty & easy. Even my picky husband loved it. ( I served it over mashed potatoes, he'll eat anything over mashed potatoes ). I used ground turkey and less water than called for. All the spices flavored the turkey very well. This is a keeper for a quick supper. Aarti is so fun to watch!""
Reviewed Triple Chocolate Cookies
"I love these "healthy cookies"! Second time I made them I added 1 tsp. of brewed coffee (Ina's tip). It really intensified the chocolate flavor. Always watching my weight so I try to eat just two. Don't have to feel guilty about eating cookies. Love Ellie's recipies."
Reviewed Triple Chocolate Cookies
"These are great! You don't feel quilty about eating cookies. Regular wheat flour works fine. I added 1 tsp of brewed coffee ( Ina's tip ) and that really intensified the chocolate flavor. Only problem now is I have trouble keeping to my 2 cookies at a time rule.
