"I make these in mini muffin tins and they turn out great. Easier to serve as they were hard to cut-up in a regular pan. They freeze beautifully, in fact I like to eat them as a frozen treat."

"This was so tasty & easy. Even my picky husband loved it. ( I served it over mashed potatoes, he'll eat anything over mashed potatoes ). I used ground turkey and less water than called for. "I love these "healthy cookies"! Second time I made them I added 1 tsp. of brewed coffee (Ina's tip). It really intensified the chocolate flavor. Always watching my weight so I try to eat just two. Don't have to feel guilty about eating cookies. Love Ellie's recipies."

"These are great!You don't feel quilty about eating cookies. Regular wheat flour works fine. I added 1 tsp of brewed coffee ( Ina's tip ) and that really intensified the chocolate flavor. Only problem now is I have trouble keeping to my 2 cookies at a time rule.
