Reviewed Spicy Shrimp and Mushroom Casserole
"I absolutely loved this recipe, we used fresh sweet corn from a local farm stand and it was awesome, my wife loved it too. The poblanos added just enough heat and with the sweetness of the corn and the taste of the mushrooms it all worked very well together. I have already told some coworkers about the recipe and I cant wait to make it again.
I love to try new recipes that I see on TV. I am from Indiana and my wife is from Mexico so I love to cook food that will remind her of home. I also love to have my kids help out when they can so that they will learn to cook and love to try new foods.
