"I usually make a recipe twice before I give a negative review. I thought this was pretty bland. The second time I made it I added sweet sausage instead of pancetta. It helped with the flavor, but not much. Way too boring for my liking.

"this was absolutely delicious!!! i was a little worried about the high oven temp, but it worked out fine. tenderloin is a great cut of meat so i'm not sure if the recipe was really that great or if it was just a really good piece of meat. the meat was so tender you would cut it with your fork. i would go with the optional soy sauce. it gave the meat a really nice flavor that worked very well with the mushrooms and onions. if tenderloin wasn't so expensive i would make this more often. can't wait to make it again.

"i didn't find this recipe to be over the top extraordinary, but it was pretty tasty. everyone really enjoyed it and i got several thumbs up. this is definitely getting added to the rotation. i thought this was going to be pretty spicy, but it wasn't. if i had to do it all over again i would add 5 seeded chipotle chilis to get more chipotle flavor. be sure to seed them!

"These were great cookies. They were more like muffin tops than true cookies. They were very moist and had great flavor. I used fresh pumpkin puree and it gave it a nice light, fresh flavor. This has become one of my trademark cookies and I get requests for it all the time.

Reviewed Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken
"This was exceptional. This was by far the best chicken I have ever tasted at home, restaurant or store bought. It has a very flavorful rotisserie taste. I didn't use all of the garlic. I put one inside the chicken as directed. The second one I opened and stuffed the individual cloves in the skin and also scattered some around the chicken. I wasn't crazy about the gravy. I think the wine made it too "bitey". You won't need any gravy anyway, because it is so moist. I would definitely use this recipe during the holidays.
