Reviewed Salisbury Steak With Mushrooms

"I thought the flavor was great. I used beef broth instead of water, also used salted butter instead of unsalted. I seasoned it also with a little garlic powder. The only thing is my gravy was not as thick as I would like, next time I would also saute my onions first before mixing them in the beef, just to soften them up a little bit. Overall good dish.
