Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket with Onions, Mushrooms, and Balsamic

I had a blast with this recipe. I made a few adjustments. I didn't use the bacon or celery and also used beef stock instead of chicken stock, which gave it a much richer flavor. This is going to be my staple block party/potluck dish! SO YUMMY! Well done, Anne.

This is an easy recipe. I made only minor adjustments, adding a 1/4 teaspoon of nutmug and using finely grated gruyere cheese instead of parm. I also used only 2 lbs of spinach so that it was extra creamy. It's super delicious...I'll keep it on my menu for many dinner parties to come. Thanks Anne!
