“Well, even in Puerto Rico we have so many different versions... my grandma will mix green bananas, yautia, squash (or pumpkin), potatos, and a little bit of plantain. This is the recipe i use. I like to use the plantain leave, because, believe it or not, it makes a difference..the pastel tastes different.
