This is very easy and tasty with mushroom ravioli. I didn't have any splashing issues while adding the vinegar as some others have. I did pour slowly though. In the show she never takes the pan off the heat so if you watch the video you can see how much it pops as she is adding the vinegar. It is a very filling recipe, 3 ravioli felt like a whole...
