“This is delicious and so easy. I always have all the ingredients on hand, since I use canned tomatoes in the winter and keep pre-cooked bagged real bacon bits in the freezer. The only adjustment I make is to add a cup of half and half at the end, which takes this from good to amazing.

“Are you kidding?! This took 15 minutes, start to finish, including defrosting the chicken breasts, and it was AMAZING. Fresh lemon juice is key, and the capers absolutely cannot be skipped. The only thing I changed was to use a little less butter and oil and I threw in a splash of white wine with the lemon juice and stock, since I was drinking it"”
