I'm glad I made these before reading the reviews. They turned out great! As I was mixing the flour into the dough, I noticed it was very dry and crumbly, so I added more butter until it was of the right consistency. All this recipe needs is more butter, I suggest about 1/2 cup or so more. They kept their shape and browned lightly on the bottom."
