"I love anything involved with Tyler Florence. I followed the recipe for the shallot, garlic, mushrooms, parsley, thyme, bay leaves and lemon zest.
I used the exact proportions for the sauce - chicken broth (and a little left over turkey gravy), butter, flour, egg, and milk. I probably used 1 cup of small chopped pieces of left over turkey.

About Me
Love to cook! Still garden and can food for my pantry. Can't imagine eating out of boxes - rarely supermarket cans - although have given in to frozen vegetables and fruits - especially out of season. Own and manage 62 multifamily units of Section 8 housing. Have 3 daughters, 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Have about 600 of my photographs on Shutterpoint.
