I haven't made any of these yet, but loves this show and the ideas. @deannsherri, I think the vanilla extract was just the vanilla beans and vodka."

I haven't made these yet, but I know I will love them by the ingredients. I am in the Caribbean, so I can't get good mozzarella, but I do have Aleppo pepper that I ordered and plan on getting more. I love the flavor and when I get back to the U.S. I am definitely going to make these!

I love lobster and I love curry, so I know this is great. I live in the Caribbean, so would probably use more heat and maybe some homemade hot mango chutney!

It is strange that one is not there. They have changed the website though and I'm not a happy camper with the new one. Was much easier to find things with the previous website, much more user friendly, I think.

Feb 8, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was sooooo good, I live in the Caribbean, so I could not follow the recipe exactly, but we loved it! All the lasagna flavors without the pasta! My husband and I are spaghetti squash lovers also, and they have just started bringing that in on occasion. I love regular pasta, but it sticks with me too much as we have gotten older. This is a...

Jan 26, 2014 in null on Food.com

We had a large dinner, birthday party for my brother in law and I made these. They went over very well, even without the sundried tomatoes. We were cooking for 30-40 people and I overlooked them, but people still really enjoyed the muffins. Will definitely add the tomatoes next time and try some garlic also, as I always used to have garlic in ...

Delicious! My husband and I loved this. I pretty much follow the recipe, except I had no spinach so I used Arugula. Double bitter, but I love the flavors of raddicio and arugula. For those that think it is too bitter, you need to know that raddicio or Treviso is bitter, no so much when cooked, but it does retain some of that. The contrasts of...

Sep 25, 2013 in null on Food.com

I have been using this method for years, with variations in herbs and seasonings. For those that found it to greasy, you probably used too much mayo. Also, you can use less mayo and add yogurt or sour cream. As for salty flavor, adjust to your likes. We now live in the Caribbean without a/c, so need more salt than those living in cool climates...
