Reviewed Lemon Pasta with Roasted Shrimp

"Easy and tasty. A bit too peppery for my taste, so I would decrease black pepper next time. I did saute some garlic in the melted butter and added some crushed red pepper for kick at the end. Squirted some lemon juice directly on the shrimp to give them extra flavor. Agree that roasting the shrimp assures they will be perfectly cooked and not rubb"
