Reviewed Potato and Caramelized Onion Tart
"Made this for dinner after seeing Sadra make it Sunday morning. I think it was great. Once the onions are carmelized it takes just a minute to put together and throw in the oven. I had pre-made pie crust in the freezer so used it. The cream cheese spread with the potato and onions was a great combo. I think the seasoning was just right. ""
Reviewed Mexican Lasagna
"Made this dinner last night for the family. It was great - my daughter loved it. I used the fire roasted tomatoes, I had ground turkey and turkey sausage so used it instead of chicken - delish. Also I had flour tortillas, so used them. This will definitly be showing up again - and may make it for the next work potluck - it goes a long way - way more than enough for 4 servings as suggested. I sent left-overs home with the kids. lol
