I'm a mother of 1 (two if you count my husband...) and I love cooking for our family.  Working, going to school, and keeping up with house and home makes family dinners hard since our schedules are all so different. But Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays we all gather around the table for a new or favorite recipe and spend some time together as a family :)
