Best ribs ever. My husband and I dislike brown sugar and ketchup on ribs and this recipe fits the bill. The ribs turn out moist and perfectly cooked and the flavors are very Mediterranean.

These are wonderful instead of turkey stuffing. I made them last Thanksgiving 2012 and it was a repeat request for 2013. They can be served at any other meal too. They are delicious and elegant to present.
