"Simple, relatively fast, full of flavor, heat and texture. I made a minor adjustment and used red wine vinegar. Rather than drizzle the vinegar and honey, I coated it after cooking. This made brussels sprouts more appealing than ever. ""
53 and love to cook, love to eat, love to cook and eat for good company. Most of my personal meals are either vegetarian or vegan but I occasionally eat seafood. I will cook anything for anybody. I also dabble seriously in music composition, play guitar with some modicum of skill and have successfully, with my wife, raised two adult children, both embarking on careers.
