Reviewed Moo-Less Chocolate Pie
"The first time I made this it was almost an afterthought after being told that one of the guests coming to a party was lactose intolerant. It ended up being the first thing to go and I've made it many times since.
It's more of an "adult" dessert because it's not cloyingly sweet, and if you use good chocolate chips, the chocolate really shines trough. You may want to add sweetened topping if you prefer things on the sweeter side. I haven't had problems with the pie getting soggy or weepy, but it usually doesn't last too long around here.
I love making it when I have guests with different eating habits, because it can be made vegan by using agave nectar instead of honey, it's dairy-free, and it's suitable for those who keep kosher. Plus, it's just plain delicious. "
