I originally wrote this recipe down from one of Paula's episodes on TV. THe only change I made was to saute fresh mushrooms rather than canned> When my husband and I took our first bite we looked at each other and both said "this is amazing." I loved how easy it was to prepare and that I felt like a great cook when we ate it.
