I've done this three or four times now and it is incredible! The only thing I wish he had put into the recipe is to put water or stock in the bottom of the pan before putting it in the oven. I've done this 3 times but this time as I sit here typing this my bird is smoking so much my eyes sting. I've done nothing differently, but the bird at 350 degrees is giving off so much smoke that we have windows open and fans going. What is going on?
