"So good and so easy!!! My kids love it my wife loves it and she hates fish and it is so easy to cook for the kids. I also make about 10lbs of it and fry it up and but it in the freezer for later days. But don't use zip-lock bags use food saver bags for better taste. Thanks Emeril
