Next time I'll halve the amount of salt; otherwise, this is fabulous. I'm not a big fan of mustard, but, in this case, it imparts great flavor without leaving a mustardy taste. What a great idea to chop the eggs in a food processor. This is going on toasted English muffins the next time I have guests for brunch. Would be terrific accompanied b"
