Reviewed Fried Chicken

Jun 16, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This fried chicken recipe was delicious and easy for an experienced cook. If you cook by time, internal chicken temp, golden color, and with a oil thermometer, you'll get perfect chicken every time. I made this for a large group and everyone loved the fried chicken. Thanks Bobby."

Reviewed Spaghetti and Meatballs

Wonderful sauce, very easy to make. Delicious moist meatballs. Cooking meatballs in sauce helped keep the round shape and also flavored the sauce. Must stir the sauce every 10-15 min after the meatballs have cooked the first 25 min. I burned the sauce and the meatballs on the bottom of the pan by skipping this step. Burning didn't spoil the sauce,"
