I like fresh squeezed lemon juice and garlic in it. I also add some salt and often just sub a can of Rotel as the starter then add onions and cilantro etc

U used mozarella instead of cheddar - used sour cream instead of cream - skipped the bread crumbs entirely and added fresh garlic. Tasted like low carb lasagna. I had to look twice to be sure it had no pasta in it so amazing I am eagerly expecting this to be on the menu weekly at my house."
