Reviewed Golden Beet Carpaccio Salad
"OMG!!! I just made this salad tonight. It is now my all-time fave new salad, and I'm a 30 year vegetarian, so that says a lot. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Granted, I used red beets & had to roast them for an hour and a 1/2. No biggie. I sprinkled some chopped walnuts over the arugula to add texture & flavour also. No offense, M""
