My Activity

Reviewed Lentil Soup with Beef

"Very easy to prepare and tasty! Followed except used chicken stock instead of beef and it turned out great. Thanks Giada!

Reviewed Greek Layered Dip With Pita Chips

"Followed the recipe except I subbed ground turkey, made my own hummus and didn't use the feta since the hubs is not a fan. Found the Greek Seasoning at my regular grocery store. This dip is fabulous! Also a nice change from the Mexican layered dip. It did get a tiny bit watery the next day, but was still delicious! I am making it again this weekend for a Christmas party. Only thing I would suggest is cutting the pita in half, then splitting it, then cut it into 1/8's. A bit faster. The pita chips came out great too and stood up to the dip. Thanks Sandra!
