"Recently had a cheeseburger at Shady Glen. OMG, what a surprise it was. I was told that the cheese was fried but had no idea what it would be like (other than a previous experience with fried cheese sticks). Well, the cook/chef lays four slices of cheese on the burger so that a corner of each touches. Basically, it is four slices made to merge"
