A great and simple recipe! I found the amount of Cajun seasoning to be just perfect. Did cut back on the scallions - used only one bunch and used two large tomatoes which I seeded before chopping. My entire family loved it!"

This is another of my "Ina go to recipes" as you can always count on her to present really good food. Not sure what stilldecor8ing's caustic attitude is all about. In my opinion,Ina is always pleasant to watch and is NEVER arrogant. Too bad the nasty comments have to be part of a review of a recipe."

WOW! Absolutely fantastic recipe! I followed it exactly and Ina, my go to girl, you did it again! Since the recipe does not clearly tell you how to clean the mussels, I would suggest you go to Ina's recipe for "Mussels in White Wine" for the directions and don't forget to use the cheesecloth when you strain the broth! Thanks, Ina! My dinner par"

I have made this recipe countless times and followed Ina's directions to a tee! It was always fabulous. However, I thought some of you might like to know that you can substitute Splenda for the sugar and eliminate the Grand Marnier for a sugar free jam. It is still just as wonderful and a better choice for my husband who is pre-diabetic! As al"
