I have made this recipe several times and it's always been a hit with my family. I make the recipe pretty much to the letter, although I leave out the capers and I've only put chicken thighs in once. I always opt for lower fat by using skinless chicken breasts. I saw one review that called this recipe lackluster and I don't see how that can be "
